Before using the rose quartz face roller, cleanse and spray Lift Me Up all over your face and neck. This will help the roller tool glide easily on your skin while also amplifying the benefits of your mist. You can also opt to use your favourite face oil. 

Start at the center of your face under the eyes and cheekbones.

Use the large roller and massage out towards the hairline in gentle strokes.

You can apply a little more pressure at the temple to drain out any fluid built up.  

Continue with the large roller and move towards the chin and jawbone.

Massage outwards from the chin towards your temple to sculpt the V-shape and ease tension from your jaw.

You can also massage your neck area using an upward motion to your chin and massage outwards on the decolletage area.

Switch to the small roller to work on the eye area and be extra gentle.

Massage outwards under the eye to reduce puffiness and follow your brow bone when massaging the eyes.
