    Lift Me Up mist can be used anytime under and over makeup but we see the best results when incorporated into your skincare routine. Use day and night after cleansing and toning your skin for maximum absorption. Just shake and spray all over your face, neck and even décolletage and tap or massage lightly for instant sexy.

  • How long will a bottle of Lift Me Up Smooth and Sculpt Miracle Mist last me?

    This depends on individual usage. However, based on twice a day usage of 3-4 sprays, a bottle should last an average of 1.5 - 2 months.

  • When will I see results and how long does the results last?

    You can see results in as little as 1 minute upon application. Maximum results can be seen after 5 minutes when the product fully penetrates into skin and lasts throughout the day around 6-8 hours. With all skincare products, consistency is the key and your skin will look better over time with all the concentrated ingredients we have put into this powerful product.

  • What is the return and exchange policy?

    Call Me Baby Beauty allows for returns and exchanges due to change of mind subjected to a 14-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

    - Item must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
    - Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set. All samples and gifts accompanying the product must be returned.
    - All shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Call Me Baby Beauty.
    - Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by Call Me Baby Beauty's return and exchange policy above.

    If you've experienced an allergic reaction with one of our products, please get in touch with us here. 

    Your input will help us communicate to the brand involved and find an appropriate solution! In your message to us, please include:

    - The full name of the product that caused an allergic reaction; and

    - A detailed description of the symptoms experienced

  • What if my item was missing, incorrect, damaged, or faulty?

    We're sorry you received a parcel with damaged, incorrect, or missing items/rewards! Let us know by contacting our Customer Service Team so that we can make things better. Fill up our webformhereand highlight in the message the issue as 'Missing Item', 'Wrong Item', or 'Damaged / Expired Item'.

    4. Add in if you have an applicable 'Promo Code', enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.

    When you're ready to place your order:

    6. Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option, then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment.

    Please allow 2-3 business days of processing time upon your order. Orders are not delivered during weekends or holidays. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors out of our control.   • Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

    Once your order has been picked up by our courier, we will provide you with a tracking number to check on the status of your delivery. Do note that once the parcel has been handed to the shipping courier, we will not have control over the handling and delivery time. Customers are best advised to get in touch with the courier for latest update and further information.

  • International Shipping Policy

    Shipping rates are calculated automatically after you’ve entered your address during check out. We only ship to certain countries due to global regulatory. We are working on expanding the country selections for international shipping. Please contact us here if you need to get your hands on our products and we will try to help. 

    Important: You are responsible for any taxes and duties charged during import to your country. Where possible, we will provide an estimated cost with the shipping options.

    Shipping rates to respective countries vary by item weight and dimension, delivery destination, and shipping option. Exact shipping rates will be shown at the time of checkout under shipping method. Please keep in mind that we will require 5-7 days to prepare your parcel before shipping.

    Customer shall promptly pay all duties and taxes, any additional charges for customs clearance and any other applicable charges imposed by any local or government authority of the destination country, before the item is delivered to your local mailing/ delivery address for self-collection at any self-collection point.
